Looking at the source code is important to helping you understand and become more competent with your new skill. So when you are viewing a page and wondering how they did that or trying to understand why your code doesn't do that, you can view the source code of any page you visit on the web though your browser.
For Internet Explorer users just go to View > Source.
For Netscape users just got to View > Page Source.
If the page contains JavaScript it most likely will be in the <HEAD> section of the page, so just scroll down further.
